Top quartile commission

  • Permanent placements – with no starting overhead threshold to attain. Consultants earn commission from the first £ they bill and thereafter can claim up to a remarkable 30% of each fee generated via an accelerator scheme.
  • Contract business – again, with no starting overhead threshold, consultants have the potential to achieve up to 20% of the gross profit which provides for truly massive earning potential.
