Behaviour Mentor – Outstanding Secondary School – Lewisham (South East London)

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Lewisham. This is a rewarding role supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs.
The successful candidate will provide mentoring, support behaviour strategies and work closely with staff and families to improve outcomes.
This role requires resilience, patience and strong interpersonal skills.

This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Lewisham with a strong commitment to high standards and inclusion. The school serves a diverse community and provides excellent pastoral support.
