With a strong reputation for warm hospitality and quality food, it plays a central role within the village community while also appealing to visitors exploring the surrounding countryside.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the pub, restaurant, and rooms
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Driving guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards
- Managing financial performance, budgets, and costs
- Building strong relationships with guests and the local community.

- You will need the right to work in the UK to be suitable for this role.
