We’re pleased to be recruiting for a General Manager to lead a charming, independently run pub with rooms in the heart of the Cotswolds. This characterful property combines cosy, traditional interiors with a relaxed yet elevated dining experience, attracting both locals and destination guests. With a strong reputation for warm hospitality and quality food, it plays a central role within the village community while also appealing to visitors exploring the surrounding countryside. As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the business, leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring exceptional standards across both food and accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the pub, restaurant, and rooms. Leading, motivating, and developing the team. Driving guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards. Managing financial performance, budgets, and costs. Building strong relationships with guests and the local community.
