We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for multiple residential developments, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality homes while driving commercial performance and value creation.

\n

\n

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll lead cost planning, procurement, forecasting, valuations and subcontract management, whilst mentoring junior team members and supporting wider business objectives.

\n

\n

We're looking for someone with:

\n

\n

✅ Housebuilding or residential development experience

\n

✅ Strong commercial and financial management skills

\n

✅ Procurement and subcontract management expertise

\n

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

\n

✅ A Quantity Surveying or related construction qualification

\n

✅ A passion for delivering results whilst living our values
