I'm looking for a patient technician to give my desktop PC a thorough cleaning and performance tune-up. The computer is a mid-2018 desktop running Windows 10, with noticeable fan noise and slower startup. I’d like a careful internal dust cleanup, cable organization, and software cleanup: removing unnecessary startup programs, updating drivers, running a scan for malware, and optimizing storage. Please advise on any hardware checks if needed. I prefer someone who explains changes clearly and can work around a few minor privacy concerns.
