Looking for IT miscellaneous help and troubleshooting
I’m looking for a friendly IT helper to assist with a few miscellaneous tasks around my home office. The job includes basic troubleshooting for my desktop PC and laptop, installing software updates, setting up a USB backup drive, helping configure email on a new device, and tidying up my home Wi‑Fi network for better connectivity. I’d also like guidance on secure password practices and a quick antivirus check. Basic remote support is okay, but I’d prefer an in-person visit for hands-on tasks. Please mention if you can bring essential tools and any upfront costs for software licenses or hardware.
