Whether it's shaping our systems, supporting our teams or driving key initiatives, you'll play a vital part in helping people get outside and explore more.We're part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, including Runners Need and Snow + Rock, offering trusted brands, expert advice, and a commitment to protecting the planet.Whether it's your first step or your next move, you'll find opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of something bigger.What you'll be doingCoordinate retail store projects including openings, refits, relocations and closures.Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation and project communications.Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to support successful project delivery.Monitor project progress, risks, issues and actions, ensuring deadlines are met.Prepare and maintain accurate project reports and records.Support the implementation of operational improvements across the retail business.Assist with reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Help deliver the rollout of new systems, processes and ways of working.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Property, IT, Finance and Store Teams.Travel regularly to stores to support project implementation and business improvement initiatives.We're looking for someone whoExperience coordinating retail, property, facilities or store development projects.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.Confidence working with project plans, timelines and documentation.Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly to stores.Experience within retail property, construction or store development environments (desirable).Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives (desirable).Knowledge of SOP development and project management tools such as Asana (desirable).What you'll get from usJoining our team means more than just getting paid a salary, it's about being part of a workplace that values you, your growth and your wellbeing.You'll enjoy:Starting salary of £28000 - £30000 with a yearly bonus of up to £1,530Hybrid working options to support your work-life balanceHoliday Buying Scheme - contract dependantElectric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice scheme - dependent on meeting eligibilityVolunteer day with a charity of your choice33 days holiday allowing you to recharge and explore the outdoorsStaff discounts of 40-60% across our full range of outdoor brandsSavings on everyday essentials including groceries, travel, fitness, and entertainment through our perks hubEveryone's welcomeWe welcome applications from all genders, backgrounds, and experiences.
