A welcoming secondary school in Bradford is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join their team this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive environment where staff work together and students are encouraged to succeed.

⚡ What you'll be doing:

• Supervising lessons across a range of subjects using pre-prepared materials

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

• Encouraging participation, confidence and engagement

• Supporting students to complete tasks and remain focused

• Recording attendance and reporting any concerns to teaching staff

• Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times

What the school is looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence managing groups of young people

• A calm, proactive and adaptable approach

• Excellent organisational and behaviour management skills

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential

• Someone who brings positivity and enthusiasm to the classroom ✨
