About the role:
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of engineering talent, delivering high‑impact, high‑quality training both in the classroom and out in the workplace. You’ll work with apprentices across a range of programmes, including Engineering Manufacturing Technician Level 4, Machining Level 3, Mechatronics Level 3, and Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technicians Level 3.
You’ll champion learner success by conducting meaningful progress reviews, maintaining accurate and compliant records, and supporting recruitment through interviews, skills assessments and employer engagement.
In this role you will guide apprentices to ensure they achieve their full potential and the best possible End Point Assessment grade in a timely manner.
As a trusted representative, you’ll promote safeguarding, health & safety, equality and diversity in everything you do—while building strong, positive relationships with employers and contributing to new opportunities that help our Work Based Learning provision grow and thrive.
