Job Title: Treatment Room Practice Nurse – Newbridge Caerphilly
Location: Newbridge Caerphilly
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Treatment Room Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Newbridge Caerphilly . This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurse led clinics for patients with long term conditions.
- Carry out phlebotomy, ear care, spirometry and other treatment room procedures.
- Deliver flu, shingles, pneumococcal and childhood vaccinations.
- Support new patient checks and NHS health checks.
- Keep clinical records complete and up to date.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Primary care or treatment room experience
- Confident with cytology, immunisations and long term condition reviews
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
