Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader
Contract: Full Time - Perm
Hour: 35 hours per week
Pay: £15.55 per hour weekdays & £16.55 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm - Weekdays and alternative Weekends
Location: Newland Avenue, Bishops Stortford, CM23 2UW

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our Hotel Styled Boutique feel Care Home in Bishop's Stortford , a contemporary luxury 78-bed residential home. Elm View Care Home is positioned as a modern, purpose-built care home with a strong focus on high-end facilities, hotel-style living, and personalised care.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Turn your passion for care into leadership and help create exceptional moments for residents every day.
What You'll Bring
* Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
* You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
* Reviewing and updating care plans.
* Giving personal care to residents.
