We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Gloucestershire, who are recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler on a three-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £22 via an Umbrella Company.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a repairs scheduling or administrative role within social housing, with a strong understanding of responsive repairs processes, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Scheduling responsive repair appointments for trade operatives and contractors
Managing and monitoring operative diaries to maximise productivity and meet service targets
Liaising with tenants, operatives and contractors to coordinate appointments and resolve queries
Prioritising emergency and routine repairs in line with service standards
Updating repairs systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the delivery of a customer-focused repairs service from initial contact through to completion Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
Experience scheduling responsive repairs
Experience liaising with contractors Working hours : 37 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
