An Outstanding Ofsted-rated boys’ secondary school in Merton (ages 11–18) is seeking a dedicated and creative Computer Science Teacher (ECT) to join their successful Computer Science Department from As soon as possible.

The Role
As a Computer Science ECT, you will:
Teach engaging and well-planned lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
Contribute to the ongoing success of a collaborative and high-achieving Computer Science Department.
Participate fully in school life, including enrichment activities and extra-curricular clubs.
Receive tailored guidance, training, and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
Requirements
Is completing their PGCE or equivalent qualification and will hold QTS by January 2026.
Has a genuine passion for Computer Science and for helping young people reach their potential.
Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Is a strong communicator with excellent classroom management skills.
Values teamwork and is eager to contribute to a supportive learning community.
