An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paint Sprayer / Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing company in Droitwich. Working within a modern production facility, you'll be responsible for applying high-quality paint and powder-coated finishes to a variety of metal components. This is a hands-on role offering long-term stability and opportunities for progression within a quality-focused business. Key Responsibilities Paint spray and powder coat metal components to a high standard
Operate spray booth equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare parts for painting and powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
Load and unload components within the finishing department
Maintain spray booth equipment and work areas to a high housekeeping standard
Follow all health and safety procedures and company quality standards What We're Looking For Previous experience in industrial paint spraying and/or powder coating
Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible attitude towards overtime when required
