Are you motivated, reliable and ready to take control of your income? We are currently looking for self-employed individuals to join our growing team.

We are recruiting self-employed Trainee Traffic Management Operatives, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule while earning. Ideal for individuals who are driven, organised and enjoy working independently (shift work and working outside in all weathers).

• Full Training from NRSWA Unit O1 onwards
• All the equipment you need, including a vehicle
• Ongoing support and guidance from day one
• A clear pathway to develop your skills and qualifications and the background to help you succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own workload and schedule
• Deliver high-quality service to clients
• Build and maintain strong working relationships
• Meet agreed targets and deadlines

• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a close team

What We Offer:

• Flexible working hours
• Rate: £135.00 per 10hr shift
• Overtime: £20.00 per hour (after 10hrs)
