We're looking for an experienced Heat Pump Installer to join Aira as our new Installation Team Leader. In this role, you'll ensure high-quality heat pump installations are delivered safely and efficiently while leading your team to provide outstanding customer service every day.

What you'll be doing

You'll ensure installation projects across your areas are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed plans. You'll lead between six and ten installation teams, made up of Installers, Plumbers, Electricians. You'll support your team through proactive planning, on-site training, and targeting continuous improvement wherever it is needed.

This role combines on-site support with office-based planning and administration. You will join installations if required, but you will also need to be confident with technology as much of the role will involve using software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook, and Teams.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 8-5, however some flexibility will be required if your team needs support outside of these hours. At Aira, we want you to grow with us, and will support you with training in all aspects of personnel management through the Aira Academy.

We're looking for someone with good, hands-on experience in a similar trade, ideally including experience with heating systems such as air source heat pumps. Qualifications or certifications like Gas Safe are desirable but not essential — the key is that you bring good, hands-on trade experience.

Previous leadership experience would be beneficial. If you're experienced in heat pumps or other heating systems and ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide the support and training you need to develop into a successful Team Leader.

What we would like you to have:

Good, hands-on experience in a similar trade, ideally including experience with heating systems such as air source heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and radiators.

It would also be great if you had some of the following, though none of these are essential — the key is that you can lead and support your team:

• A relevant trade qualification or certification, such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or Electrical, Gas Safe registration, WRAS, or F-Gas Category 1

• Level 3 heat pump system design

• Previous experience leading a team
