Salary: £14.25 - £15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of private day nurseries, Flying Start and Cylch Meithrin settings across Cross Hands and the surrounding areas within Carmarthenshire . These welcoming Early Years settings are committed to providing safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children can thrive through play-based learning and high-quality care.

We are looking for dedicated Nursery Assistants to work across a mixture of short-term and long-term assignments. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), assisting with daily routines, learning activities and creating a positive environment where every child can flourish.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is desirable
• Experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different settings
