Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: County Court, St. Katharine's House, 21-27 St. Katherines Street, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN1 2LH
Office/Hybrid/Remote: Full Time Office Based with potential Hybrid working
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract Length: Temporary, until December 2026 with the possibility of an extension
Training: Ongoing, as required
DBS: Basic DBS
Must live within 1 hour of the Office Location

What you'll be doing:

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding Civil Money Claims through the County Court.
Provide excellent customer service with empathy, patience and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and concise notes on the appropriate operating systems following each call.
Respond to a broad range of enquiries and escalate case-specific queries to the relevant teams where required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer service enhancements.
Follow HMCTS policies, procedures and quality standards.
Manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilise strong communication, IT and multitasking skills within a fast-paced contact centre environment.
