Job Title: ANP – Rayleigh
Location: Rayleigh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an autonomous ANP to join a supportive GP practice in Rayleigh . This is an excellent full-time opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
- Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
- Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
- Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.
Requirements
- NMC registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Recent primary care or urgent care experience
- Independent prescriber with a current portfolio
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
