Our centre works with some of the most vulnerable children in the area, with the objective of reintegrating children into mainstream education or specialist provisions equipped with the skills they need to be successful.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Welcoming students into the centre.
- Creating session plans for students
- Delivery Implant Session
- Run interventions for small groups and one-to-one
- Liaise with class teachers in regards to strategies for learners
- Ensure attendance is updated regularly and as and when required.
- Prepare classrooms for learners.
- Attend schools to aid reintegration.
- Complete reports as and when required.
- Ensure you stay up to date with safeguarding requirements.
- Report safeguarding promptly and effectively.

Other requirements
Passing an Enhanced DBS check is compulsory. A strong awareness of safeguarding practise. Previous experience in a school setting or education setting is essential. Access to a vehicle with a full driving licence is essential, as some parts of the position could be in local schools or community settings, depending on student need. We welcome informal visits and conversations before application.
