Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor ready to lead a team and shape the future of a department?
A well–established city–centre firm is looking for a senior Private Client Solicitor to join as Head of Department . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has reached a ceiling in a larger firm and is looking for a genuine leadership role with long–term partnership prospects.
The Firm
Known for its longstanding legal aid heritage and commitment to supporting vulnerable clients, this friendly and supportive firm combines strong private client work with a people–focused culture. You'll join a close–knit team where your contribution will be visible and valued.
The Role
You'll lead an established team of Solicitors, a Trainee and Support Staff, providing day–to–day supervision, mentoring and direction while continuing to handle quality private client work.
What This Firm is Looking For
- Private Client Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE
- Strong technical private client experience
- Previous supervision or management experience
- Supportive, approachable leadership style
- Ambition to develop a team and department
- Desire to play a key role within a smaller, collaborative firm
