A well-established high street law firm with multiple offices is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Aylesbury .

The firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and prides itself on its personal, client-focused approach.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload , working closely with a supportive and experienced team.

Responsibilities include:

• Wills and estate planning , including tax-efficient strategies
• Probate and estate administration , including complex and high-value estates
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Court of Protection matters
• Trusts , including creation, administration and advising trustees
• Advising on inheritance tax and asset protection

About You

• 2+ years’ PQE in private client law, ideally in a high street or regional firm
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, LPAs and trusts
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive, collaborative team
