Experienced KS2 Teacher Wanted for September
With the new academic year just two weeks away, we’re looking for a confident and experienced KS2 Teacher to work across primary schools in Ellesmere Port.
This role would suit a teacher who knows the KS2 curriculum inside and out, is confident stepping into different classrooms, and has a strong understanding of the expectations and standards required at this stage of primary education.
We’re particularly interested in teachers with experience preparing pupils for SATs, including a good understanding of assessment, progress tracking and the demands of Year 6.
The ideal teacher will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* An up-to-date DBS check
* Proven experience teaching across Key Stage 2
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum
* Experience with SATs preparation and assessment
* A good understanding of assessment, attainment and pupil progress
* The confidence to quickly establish routines and relationships in different school environments
* A flexible and adaptable approach to supply teaching
* Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
* A genuine commitment to supporting pupils to achieve their potential
