Garden border maintenance and pruning of perennial beds

I'm looking for a reliable gardener to maintain our flower borders and herbaceous perennial beds. The job involves weeding, light pruning of spent blooms, trimming overgrown edging, and ensuring mulching is refreshed where needed. The area is about 60-70 meters of mixed borders around the front and back garden. Please bring your own tools, and if possible provide a quick plan for ongoing monthly maintenance. I'd prefer someone with experience in British gardens and plant health. Accessibility is via a small front gate, and I’d appreciate a friendly, tidy approach with respect for resonance with wildlife.
