contribute to our ongoing success. We are now looking to appoint a Buying Administrator to support our Buying and Supply Chain teams at our Store Support Centre in
Melton. The Role In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure accurate ordering, smooth supply into stores, and
effective communication across the business. You will work closely with Buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to help maintain
strong product availability and well‑organised processes. You will be responsible for: * Placing and managing supplier orders through to delivery.
* Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and supply issues.
* Producing daily communications for stores.
* Managing promotional trackers, planograms, and product set‑ups.
* Reviewing competitor ranges and pricing and sharing insights with the team.
* Supporting Buyers with product ranges, data analysis, and decision‑making. What We Are Looking For * Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to support colleagues.
