Key Responsibilities

As a dedicated Year 3 teacher, you will take full class responsibility to ensure a smooth transition into Key Stage 2:

* Curriculum Delivery: Design and execute creative, structured lessons aligned with Lower KS2 National Curriculum standards.
* Transition Support: Guide pupils through the increased expectations of Key Stage 2 with patience and encouragement in Bromborough.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor reading, writing, and maths milestones to identify learning gaps early and deliver targeted support.
* Classroom Culture: Maintain a safe, engaging, and collaborative learning environment in a supportive school in Bromborough.

Candidate Profile

* Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Proven experience working as a Year 3 teacher or within Lower Key Stage 2.
* A proactive commitment to professional growth and ongoing education and training.
* An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one through Academics).
