The Role:
We are seeking professional, accredited Security Dog Handlers to support deployment in Derbyshire. The role is based at a large perimeter site, where you will play a critical part in protecting our client’s people and property.
Shifts are 12 hours, days & nights – until further notice
Key Responsibilities:
Asset protection and reassurance patrolling
Working as an integrated member of the client’s on-site security team
Ensuring high standards of professionalism, presentation, and diligence at all times
Maintaining accurate welfare and compliance standards for your dog
Welfare: Full welfare usually provided, including on-site parking.
The Candidates:
Well-presented, professional, and client-focused
Diligent and reliable with a positive, proactive attitude
Physically fit and confident operating in high-profile environments
Requirements:
Valid SIA Licence
NASDU GP Level 2 (including Team Up certification)
Five-year checkable work history (BS:7858 standard)
Suitable vehicle for deployment (BS:8517 standard)
All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, and fit for work
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
