What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting senior chefs in running a high-energy, high-volume kitchen.
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Leading and motivating a large, well-coordinated team.
- Managing stock, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
