Dental Practice Manager – Central London Near Paddington, London

About the Role:- Full-time position with flexible scheduling
- Lead operations in a busy and fast paced clinic in central London
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum (D.O.E.) with significant annual bonuses
- Oversee commercial performance across a large practice
- Ensure CQC compliance, team development, and operational scaling
- Immediate start available; notice period considerations welcome
- High-end modern clinic – boutique aesthetic and exceptional reputation
- Award-winning team with specialists in practice
- Services include Facial aesthetics, Implants, Oral surgery, and more
- Strong emphasis on CPD and career progression
- Central London location with excellent public transport access
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in dentistry
- BSc in Business Management
- Proven experience in a large private orthodontic practice
- Stable employment history (ideally no more than two moves in the last five years)
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
- Must have experience managing/overseeing multiple practices (I.E teams of 20 people for example)
