What’s the opportunity?

As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, taking ownership of your section and helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll bring creativity, energy and a genuine passion for food, while supporting the wider brigade to maintain the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Taking ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to an exceptional standard.
• Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations, maintaining consistency, organisation and attention to detail.
• Leading by example, supporting junior chefs and helping to develop talent within the team.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver an outstanding food offering.
• Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
• Bringing fresh ideas, a positive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-driven professional kitchen.
• A genuine passion for great food, ingredients and culinary excellence.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment.
• The confidence to take ownership of your section and support the development of others.
• A positive, proactive approach and a real team-player mentality.
