Location: Southend Area
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

- Lead and manage the care team across multiple sites
- Line management of care staff and day-to-day service operations
- Manage HR, recruitment, induction and staff development
- Oversee budgets and financial management
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits and quality control processes
- Support positive behaviour approaches across the service
- Previous supervisory experience in health and social care essential
- QCF / NVQ Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care essential
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
- Familiar with positive behaviour support frameworks
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage large staff teams across multiple sites
