We are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Nottingham seeking a polished School Receptionist for an ASAP start. This is a full-time, permanent position within a busy school office.
The Role
Front of House: Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, maintaining professional excellence at all times.
Administration: Support the School Business Manager with daily tasks, including attendance registers and school correspondence.
Communication: Manage the school switchboard and newsletters, ensuring information is shared with total precision and humanity.
Environment: Maintain a tranquil and well-ordered front office that reflects the school’s values of respect and kindness.
