Our Consulting Graduate Programmes offer you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience at a leading professional services company. We offer ten consulting-based programmes ranging from two to three years, where you’ll help organisations navigate disruption, whilst gaining a professional qualification.

You can choose to work in one of the following:

• Business Consulting —Help organisations navigate disruption and transform their businesses.
• Cyber Security —Help our clients strengthen their cyber security and operational resilience.
• Digital Risk (Northern Ireland only programme) — Bring your passion for problem solving and analysing information and help to ensure our client’s IT systems are safe, secure and fit for purpose.
• Finance Modelling —Build complex driver-based models to solve client problems
• People Consulting —transform client’s global workforces and ways of working by putting people at the centre of everything they do.
• Process and Controls —Help our clients reduce risk and enhance their process and controls
• Quantitative Advisory Services —Put predictive modelling at the heart of Financial Services.
• Risk Consulting —Help our clients to protect their businesses from risk
• Risk Consulting – Risk Innovation —Digitally enable clients to manage their organisational risks.
• Technology Consulting —Help organisations leverage technology to transform their businesses.

What you can expect:

As a graduate you will

• Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable organisations.
• Listening to client problems and defining strategies and solutions.
• Developing proposals and business cases for EY or our clients.
• Analysing trends in industries like banking, retail or telecommunications, media and technology.
• You’ll be working across a portfolio of clients assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and occasionally from home. It will vary by client/project and will depend on the requirements of both the client and project team.

You’ll be learning on-the-job and will be given access to regular training opportunities. Plus, your experience doesn't stop once you've completed the programme - you may be offered a place on our Graduate Programme to continue your career development.
