ROLE DESCRIPTION This is a full-time position for a Nursery Teacher (EYFS) located in Coventry - CV6. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and implementing engaging early years lessons in alignment with the EYFS framework. • Cultivating a nurturing environment that promotes curiosity and the development of essential skills and independence in young learners. • Facilitating positive communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational approach. • Conducting consistent and accurate assessments to monitor children's progress. • Ensuring the welfare, safety, and safeguarding of children, and managing any Special Educational Needs (SEND) in collaboration with the SENCO. REQUIREMENTS • Candidates should possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT). • A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework is essential. • Excellent communication skills, patience, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to inspire young children. • High levels of energy, stamina, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safeguarding are also prerequisites. • A successful Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
