Job summary Senior Dental Nurse Team Leader (Band 6)
Bradford Community Dental Service (CDS) is an award-winning, forward-thinking service committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across Bradford and Airedale. As a proud partner within the West Yorkshire Community Dental Services Collaborative, we place compassion, collaboration and innovation at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Care Professional to join our management team as a Senior Dental Nurse Team Leader. This exciting leadership role will support the leadership team in the operational delivery of the Community Dental Service, ensuring high standards of patient care, workforce and human resource support and service performance. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to support service delivery, workforce planning, staff leadership and quality improvement initiatives across the service. The role includes responsibility for supporting and supervising Sector Leads and dental nursing teams, responding to patient concerns and complaints, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention, health and safety and governance requirements. You will also contribute to service development projects and help identify opportunities to improve patient experience and operational efficiency. Closing date: 20th September 2026
