Senior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can actually think, lead, and create work that makes people stop scrolling (a rare skill, apparently).

Look, we’re not here for average. If your idea of “creative” is slapping a gradient on a stock photo and calling it a day… this is your cue to quietly exit.

You’re the person people rely on when things need to look really good .

You care about the details. You have opinions (good ones).

You can take feedback without taking it personally.

And somehow, you still manage to make great work under pressure.

What you’ll do

• Leading creative projects from “hmm interesting idea” to “wow, who made this?” across social, digital, and OOH
• Designing bold, bilingual (Arabic & English) campaigns that don’t feel like corporate wallpaper
• Mentoring junior designers (yes, they will ask you things that could’ve been Googled)
• Owning and evolving brand visuals like it’s your personal reputation on the line
• Juggling multiple projects without spiraling into chaos (or at least hiding it well)
• Collaborating with social teams, creatives, and clients to turn “vague feedback” into actual design solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5 years of design experience in the MENA region (you’ve seen things… you’ve survived)
• A portfolio that proves you’re not just talking a big game
• Expert-level Adobe skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — the holy trinity)
• A solid understanding of motion and illustration workflows
• Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to lead without being unbearable
• Fluent in English (because Google Translate isn’t a strategy)
