- Write and present management reports in a detailed manner for senior managers and develop comprehensive business plans to support service objectives.
- Oversee budgetary responsibilities and promote cost-effective working practices. Enhance revenue monitoring and provide management reports that adhere to financial principles.
- Collaborate with the Council's performance information team to optimise data utilisation, ensuring the enhancement of performance management through effective internal systems.
