The Benefits
- Salary from £26,436.80 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
- Uncapped commission:
- 10% of new business margin for your first 6 months
- 20% of permanent fees
- Share of branch net profit after probation

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will be varied and fast-paced, including:
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Creating engaging job adverts and social media posts
- Building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
- Developing new business and supporting the growth of the branch
- Conducting regular client meetings and check-ins
- Participating in our on-call rota
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Some flexibility is expected, and you’ll take the on-call phone home on a rota basis.
Salary & Bonus
- From £26,436.80 DOE + Uncapped Bonus
- Consultants currently earn £5,000–£10,000 extra per year in bonus — with no cap

- A full driving licence and your own vehicle
