Flawless Experience: Create a flawless first and last impression, ensuring every guest’s visit is a moment of pure joy from arrival to departure for our guests
Flow & Floor Management: Master the reservations and floor plan with precision to guarantee a seamless service pace and optimal table rotation
Team Synergy: Work closely with floor teams to orchestrate arrivals and relay guest feedback in real-time
