Production Operative (Capper)

Hales Group are recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Beccles. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity, offering the chance to work within a clean, organised, and supportive production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand cap products according to production specifications and quality requirements.
• Inspect bottles, containers, and caps for defects before and during production.
• Ensure caps are securely fitted and meet required standards.
• Maintain production targets while ensuring product quality.
• Complete basic production records and documentation as required.
• Report equipment faults, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Assist with packing, labelling, and other production duties when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, hygiene, and company policies.

• Own transport (due to the location)
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Pay: £12.88+ per hour (+ enhanced OT rate!)
