Care Assistant

Bayards Court, Dartmouth

£14.33 per hour plus Ferry Reimbursement

We’re looking for a Care Assistant to join our passionate team at Bayards Court in Dartmouth – a setting where exceptional care meets an inspiring lifestyle. In this role, you’ll deliver highly personalised care that honours individuality, empowers choice, and enriches every moment.

Your role

• Deliver exceptional person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Co-create care plans that honour individuality
• Record health changes to guide exceptional support
• Respond to concerns with professionalism and care

• Encourage meaningful moments through social engagement

• Proven ability to support individuals with empathy and expertise
