Location: NR10 5NL
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, £12.71 PER HOUR

Are you practical, hands-on, and enjoy working on something different every day?
We're recruiting for a Production Operative to join a specialist team manufacturing bespoke wooden export packaging for large and often unique items being shipped around the world. This isn't a repetitive production line role.
Every project is different, offering the opportunity to work on custom-made packaging solutions for a wide range of products and industries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building bespoke wooden crates, cases and export packaging
- Measuring, cutting and assembling timber to customer specifications
- Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Reading basic drawings and working from production instructions
- Working as part of a skilled production team to meet customer deadlines
- Maintaining quality standards and a safe working environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience using hand and power tools is essential
- Previous experience in carpentry, joinery, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or a production environment would be highly advantageous
- Good practical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work from measurements and follow instructions accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and hardworking approach
