An exciting opportunity to work within an innovative and friendly SET CAMHS West team. We are looking for an experience clinician to support the development and implementation of a range of NICE interventions for the SET CAMHS West team The post holder will work with the CAMHS Manager and Clinical leads to help support the delivery of psychological support and share clinical oversight across the service. They will be responsible for assessment, treatment and outcome measurement and provide Line and Clinical Supervision to staff as well as development. The post holder would require a Professional registration (HCPC/NCM,UKCP/BABCP/AFT/SWE) and/or accreditation. This post would suit clinicians with experience working with young people who present with mental health disorders, adapting support for young people with neurodevelopment issues and working with the wider systems including education, social care, Acute Hospital, Psychiatric Hospitals and family/carers. NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Goodmayes, Essex. Probationary Period

- Working alongside colleagues in SET CAMHS to provide an in-depth comprehensive assessment of the childs, young persons, and familys functioning where there is a constellation of high dysfunction and severe and highly complex mental health problems in the family. To formulate their strengths and difficulties and to determine the best treatment plan.
- To provide therapeutic interventions with regard to issues of cultural, racial and religious difference and sexual orientation.
- Experience of providing supervision to staff and take on leadership role within the team.
- To provide NICE concordant therapeutic interventions (including parent/child work, group work, parent support input, psycho-education and brief individual work with children and young people) to children and young people with complex mental health difficulties inc neurodevelopmental disorders such as autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, ADHD; emotional difficulties, including depression and anxiety states; attachment disorders; conduct disorders, eating disorders; post-traumatic stress disorder; psychosomatic disorders; enuresis/encopresis, aggression, borderline states, self-harming, substance misuse and other behavior potentially dangerous to the child/young person or others.
- Experience of complex risk formulation and collaborative safety planning. Experience of partnership working across systems around a child or young person and their family.
- Experience of supervising and managing others
