Curriculum & Instruction Coordinator (Master's Required)
Job Overview
One Hope International School is seeking an experienced and highly organized Curriculum & Instruction Coordinator to join our Academic Leadership Team.
This is a full-time, non-teaching leadership position that works closely with the Principal and school leadership team to support instructional excellence, curriculum implementation, assessment quality, teacher development, accreditation readiness, and continuous school improvement.
As our school continues to grow and expand into High School, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape academic systems, strengthen teaching and learning practices, and support the long-term development of a mission-driven international school.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The successful candidate will:
Monitor curriculum implementation, alignment, pacing, and consistency across grade levels.
Support assessment quality, grading consistency, and data-driven instructional improvement.
Review student achievement data, including MAP Growth results.
Support and monitor Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiatives throughout the school.
Assist with teacher development, instructional coaching, onboarding, and professional growth.
Support accreditation processes, school improvement planning, and evidence collection.
Help maintain strong academic systems, procedures, and quality assurance practices.
Assist with curriculum planning and academic systems as the school expands into High School.
Qualifications
Required
Master’s of Curriculum and Instruction or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of Curriculum instruction, curriculum implementation and instructional support.
Strong understanding of assessment practices and data analysis.
International school experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred
8 years teaching of experience.
Experience with WASC, CIS, or other accreditation systems.
Experience supporting English Language Learners (ELL).
Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL).
Experience with curriculum development across multiple grade levels.
Experience supporting school growth and expansion initiatives.
