We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Facilities Driver to support the smooth running of site operations. In this varied, hands-on role, you will provide essential transport services for staff, visitors, and contractors while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

• Provide a ring and ride service for staff between on-site locations and Amy Johnson House
• Escort visitors and contractors between the main gate, the Hub, and the Academy
• Drive safely at all times in line with traffic regulations and site rules
• Plan and manage daily schedules, adapting to changes when required
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding delays or service issues
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults promptly
• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure safe handling of parcels
• Deliver and collect post, parcels, and supplies across site
• Support hospitality deliveries, including refreshments, when required
• Maintain accurate records of journeys and mileage
• Assist the wider Facilities and Infrastructure team with ad hoc duties

What you'll bring

• Hold a clean UK driving licence
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment
