The work

We build secure, high-performance systems that operate in complex environments.

This includes everything from backend services and distributed systems through to data pipelines, analytics and applied AI, turning complex data into actionable insight.

You might be:

• Building scalable software systems
• Designing and maintaining data pipelines
• Applying analytics or machine learning to real-world problems
• Creating user-focused tools in complex domains

Typical capability areas

• Software Engineering (C++, Java, Python, etc.)

• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Ability to work with complex or imperfect data
• Experience building secure, reliable systems

Due to the highly secure nature of the programmes that we’re involved with, you must be:

• A UK National and eligible to work in the UK 
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance (see guidance here: )
