Property Sales Valuer – Peterborough

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experienceOTE: £50,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus every other Saturday, 9am–1pm

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency as an experienced and enthusiastic Property Sales Valuer.

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual with a proven track record in estate agency, particularly in winning instructions and converting valuations into business.

The Role

You will play a key role in growing the business and delivering an excellent service to clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out property valuations and securing new instructions
• Converting valuations into successful listings
• Proactively following up valuations and existing clients
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Managing your own diary, appointments and administration
• Working towards agreed targets and business objectives
• Occasionally attending appointments outside normal hours when required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ estate agency experience
• A proven track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A highly motivated, results-driven approach
• Excellent organisation, time management and administration skills
• Good IT skills
• A confident, friendly and approachable personality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A professional attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients

What’s on Offer?

• £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• £50,000 OTE
