Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to ensure the very best outcomes for all pupils, and we place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional development.

As part of Unity Schools Partnership , you will benefit from being part of a wider network of schools committed to delivering exceptional educational experiences while maintaining the unique character and strengths of each individual school. You will have access to high-quality support, resources and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the trust.

What We Can Offer

  • A welcoming, supportive and friendly team where colleagues genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting difference to the lives of children and families within our community

Above all, we are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting children to access the education they deserve and who shares our commitment to ensuring that every child has the best possible start in life.

If you would like to join a caring and dedicated school community by the sea, we would be delighted to hear from you.
