Up to £75,000 + clear route to Partner/Director Looking for more than just another conveyancing role? This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to step into a Head of Office position in Wokingham - combining hands-on fee earning with real leadership and progression. You'll be joining a well-established, busy office with a strong local reputation, where you'll have the autonomy to lead, grow relationships, and genuinely shape the future of the team. The Role You'll manage your own residential property caseload while taking the lead on the day-to-day running of the office. This is a visible, client-facing role where you'll play a key part in strengthening local connections and driving continued success. What you'll be doing: * Handling a full caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
* Building and maintaining relationships with local agents and referrers
* Leading and supporting the office team
* Ensuring high standards of client care and compliance
* Contributing to business development and office growth What we're looking for: * 3+ years' PQE in residential property (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive)
* A confident, organised and proactive approach
* Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
* Commercial awareness and a track record of meeting targets
