Job Title: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist Specialism: Community Physiotherapy Location: Blairgowrie Community Hospital, Blairgowrie, UK Salary: £32.37 per hour Type: Full-time, 1-month locum contract
Are you ready for an exciting professional journey as a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist in the beautiful setting of Blairgowrie, Scotland? We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team for a one-month duration, working a minimum of 30 hours per week. This role requires you to be based at Blairgowrie Community Hospital with the flexibility to travel across picturesque rural Perthshire. Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break each day.

What you will do: Deliver a full range of specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and onward referral services to a complex range of patients from two community hospitals and the local community.
Collaborate closely with the integrated care team and the wider Allied Health Professional (AHP) team to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Implement and evaluate individual treatment plans, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
Manage referrals efficiently, ensuring timely access to physiotherapy services.
Act as a source of clinical expertise and provide support to other healthcare professionals within the community.
